ABOUT PARU
PARU RADIA
C-Suite Whisperer® | Strategic Coach & Advisor to CEOs and Executives
Paru Radia has spent 25+ years advising CEOs and C-suite leaders on strategy, communication, stakeholder management, and navigating the complex dynamics that come with executive leadership.
Her clients span industries and geographies, from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups, but what they have in common is this: they're dealing with high-stakes decisions, challenging personalities, and organizational dynamics that require more than generic advice.
How It Started
Paru's ability to read rooms and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics was forged early. Growing up in a volatile environment taught her to observe behavior, predict reactions, and influence outcomes, skills that became the foundation of her work with executives.
At 21, during a year-long internship at British Airways, Paru excelled and ended up leading a first-of-its-kind project focused in Japan, traveling there to deliver it. At 23, she joined BA's graduate program and was immediately placed on high-profile projects working directly with senior management. She built authentic relationships with senior leaders before she realized that hierarchy was supposed to be intimidating. By the time she understood that everyone else found C-suite executives unapproachable, she had already learned they were regular people, and she was confident building relationships at the top and navigating difficult conversations.
That became her natural habitat. For the past 25+ years, working with senior leaders has been her comfort zone.
The Corporate Foundation
Paru spent over a decade in corporate roles, working across multiple industries and countries. She held senior positions and consulted for organizations including British Airways, King & Spalding, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, Indeed, Vornado Realty Trust, Square, and Planned Parenthood.
She later joined the C-suite of a corporate productivity consulting firm, where she spent three years advising senior executives. It was there that leaders began seeking her out privately, not just for business strategy, but for candid advice on how to handle board dynamics, underperforming teams, and high-stakes communication.
They told her: "If you did this for a living, we'd pay you."
So she did.
What She Does Now
In 2020, Paru launched her firm to work exclusively with CEOs, executives, and leadership teams. She helps them see what they're overlooking, understand what stakeholders actually want, and execute with precision.
Her approach is not formulaic. She doesn't operate from a playbook or a framework she learned in a certification program. She reads the dynamics in real time, identifies patterns in places others overlook, and tells clients exactly what to do and say next.
Clients describe her as the person who "gets it" faster than anyone else, who asks the hard questions no one else will ask, says the things no one else will say, and who gives them clarity when everything feels complicated.
What Makes Her Different
Paru identifies patterns in behavior and communication that others overlook. She reads what's happening beneath the surface, the dynamics no one's articulating, the tension or hesitation in the room, what people aren't saying.
She synthesizes complex information quickly and tells clients what's actually happening, as opposed to what they believe is happening. And she gives specific strategies, what to do, what to say, and how to navigate the people and the obstacles in the way.
Clients consistently ask, "How did you know that would happen?" It's pattern recognition honed over 25+ years working with senior executives across industries, countries, and cultures.

Here’s a short introduction - let’s meet!
Still curious about Paru?
Here are answers to some questions we thought you may have…
What’s your story?
Born and raised in London, UK, to immigrant parents in a family of hard-working entrepreneurs.
Joined the corporate world upon graduating from university and took every opportunity to work in new and challenging environments, including several projects across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
Twelve years later, became an entrepreneur. Learned ferociously. Failed. Tried again. Succeeded. Helped other businesses and executives before joining the C-suite of a corporate productivity consulting firm for three years.
Twenty-two years into my career, I returned to what I do best: advising senior leaders on the dynamics, decisions, and communication that define their success.
What brought you to New York?
Bright lights. Big city.
I traveled to New York frequently for business in 2004 and fell in love with everything the city had to offer, including the space to create anything and be anyone.
Three years later, my love for New York was still strong, so I found a job, got a visa, and bought a one-way ticket.
I haven't looked back.
How do you pronounce your name?
Thanks for asking!
I’ve responded to a variety of pronunciations of my name, but truly appreciate when it’s said (or at least attempted to be said) correctly.
Tip #1: Phonetically, “Paru” is pronounced “PAAH-ru”, not “Peru” like the country.
Tip #2: Big emphasis on the first syllable, and be broad with it: PA-AH-ru.
Give it a try… and if you can’t pronounce it like my Mum, I’ll still be grateful you tried. Thank you!
Why does your profile picture look different to all the other pictures of you?
Interesting story, I’m glad you asked.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2024. All the pictures with bobbed dark hair was me pre-diagnosis.
I’ve had 20 cycles of chemotherapy and five surgeries. I’ll have a photoshoot and update the images when my body has “settled down” from all the procedures.
The great news is, they got it all! I’m doing great and am taking on the world!
I have previously worked with:
