Webinar Series: Keeping It Real

Topic:

FOMOTHERAPY

Paru Radia LLC, in collaboration with Patrick J. McGinnis, Inventor of the term FOMO, is hosting a 1-hour online conversation candidly discussing frameworks for decision-making and how to focus on what truly matters both professionally and personally.

About this Event

We live in an age of overwhelming choice where we are constantly having to prioritize an endless set of opportunities and options, which can trigger feelings of FOMO. While FOMO is often the subject of memes and jokes, it affects our productivity, self-image, and our mental fitness.

FOMO inventor, Patrick J. McGinnis is joining us to cover the following:

  • Triggers of FOMO

  • Psychology and physiology of FOMO

  • High stakes, low stakes, no stakes decision-making

  • Understanding the root causes of FOMO and addressing it at the root

  • Strategies on learning how to accept missing out

Come with your biggest FOMO and we will conduct a live FOMOtherapy session with a few volunteers, followed by Q&A with Patrick and Paru. However, if you have FOMO about Taylor Swift tickets, we can’t help you there!
