You complete a values exercise and discovery homework
We assess the team's dynamics, strengths, and growth areas
Months 2+: Execution
Monthly 2-hour group facilitation sessions
Ongoing 1:1 support for each team member (9 sessions total, used flexibly over the engagement)
Phone/email access between sessions (30 min max)
