This isn’t a feelings circle. Group sessions are for alignment, decisions, and execution. In 1:1 sessions, we address the leadership and interpersonal dynamics that affect performance.

The engagement lasts 7 to 9 months and includes individual discovery and ongoing 1:1 support:

For the CEO:

  • Phone/email access between sessions (30 min max)

For each C-suite team member:

  • 9 x 60-minute working sessions

  • We review your emails, communications, and presentations with peer dynamics in mind

  • Coaching tailored to your role, challenges, and leadership style

Monthly Group Facilitation Sessions

  • 6 x 2-hour team sessions (monthly, months 2-7 inclusive)

  • Facilitated discussions on alignment, priorities, and decision-making

  • Working sessions to move initiatives forward and improve communication

  • Conflict resolution and relationship building

  • Creating accountability and shared commitments

Access between sessions is available and encouraged for all participants — we stay connected to team dynamics as they unfold and course-correct in real time.

THE PROCESS

Month 1: Onboarding

  • We meet 1:1 with each team member (CEO and direct reports)

  • You complete a values exercise and discovery homework

  • We assess the team's dynamics, strengths, and growth areas

Months 2+: Execution

  • Monthly 2-hour group facilitation sessions

  • Ongoing 1:1 support for each team member (9 sessions total, used flexibly over the engagement)

  • Phone/email access between sessions (30 min max)

  • Real-time course corrections as dynamics shift
